Traveling in the cities of Menorca, particularly in Mahon, is definitely not a complicated thing to do. The key places in the heart of the island is to some extent squeezed together, so therefore walking can be an added preference to get around, a healthy option at that.

From the Menorca Airport, the only way to reach Mahon is by taking a taxi, as there is no bus link. The ballpark cost of taxi fare is around 12€ or US $14. Once you are already in Mahon, taxis are of course widely available. The tariff on taxicabs is based on the calibrated meters. However, supplementary charges are typically asked depending on the number of passengers, luggage, and the time of travel.
